All utpekade nekar till
inblandning i mutaffärerna

Saabs partner, BAE systems, svarar skriftligt att man samarbetar med utredarna, och att man inte vill uttala sig innan utredningen är klar.
Alfons Mensdorff-Pouilly - och de övriga som pekas ut i programmet - förnekar som tidigare all inblandning i muthärvan kring JAS Gripen.

BAE SYSTEMS SKRIFTLIGA SVAR:
"BAE Systems' view is that the interests of the Company as well as all of its stakeholders, including the general public, are best served by allowing the ongoing investigations to run their course. The Company is working with regulators towards that end and is providing access to people, information and premises whenever it is requested. It wholeheartedly supports a rigorous approach, in the hope that it brings to a conclusion enquiries which are now in their sixth year. While the SFO continues to investigate our business affairs in the Czech Republic, we are bound to respect the confidentiality of this work and it is inappropriate, therefore, to say anything more at this stage."

Alfons Mensdorff-Pouilly har inte velat kommentera. Genom sin medarbetare Susanne Luka har han tidigare meddelat:

"There is no word of truth in the allegations against me.
Fact is that I never was an agent for any Gripen campaign, also not in Czech Republic and Hungary. Neither I nor one of my companies ever received the commission payments mentioned - not through Valurex or otherwise.
Due to the ongoing malicious defamation, I am ready to take all necessary steps to prove my innocence."
