Publicerad 17 september 2006 - 22:58 Uppdaterad 17 september 2006 - 23:36
Only minutes ago, Frederick Reinfeldt triumphantly entered Moderaterna's election party to say 'Mission Accomplished', not unlike how George W. Bush announced the same in May, 2003.
Photo: Pressens bildThe crowd went ballistic and it now looks like the Socialist Backwater Sweden is about to enter the Western world. The hard work for cutting down taxes and dole abusers start tomorrow.
Frederick Reinfeldt has kept his calm during all of Operation Freedom, but while he gave his short speech at Moderaterna's party in central Stockholm, the excitement was all over his face.
Crowds are now gathering in the streets of Stockholm to greet the Liberators. It's a scene much alike Per Ahlmark's vision of how american troops were greeted as they liberated and entered Bagdad in 2003. Ahlmarks vision have yet to happen in real life, but the big street party in Stockholm is already a fact.
